This Policy forms part of your agreement with Tapp’d and applies to your use of the platform and all content on the platform.
Users may not post or share content that is hateful, fraudulent, defamatory, illegal, discriminatory, or that promotes violence or other unlawful activity. Examples of prohibited content include but are not limited to content that:
Users may not offer monetary raffles, lotteries, or giveaways that may constitute gambling under applicable law. If you are unsure whether a reward violates this policy, contact us at help@tappdapp.com before proceeding. You should also consult legal counsel and familiarize yourself with the laws in your jurisdiction.
Users may not use Tapp’d to stalk, bully, harass, threaten, or intimidate others, or to engage in misleading or deceptive conduct.
Users may not violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or personality rights, or impersonate any person, company, or Tapp’d employee.
Users may not engage in any activity that compromises the security, integrity, or performance of the platform, including introducing malicious code, using automated tools to scrape content, or attempting to reverse engineer Tapp’d.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from content on Tapp’d except as permitted under the Terms of Service.
Tapp’d does not permit nudity or sexually explicit content of any kind. This includes full or partial nudity and the depiction of sexual acts or stimulation. We recognize that some nudity exists in artistic or educational contexts, but we are unable to accommodate exceptions to this policy on our platform.
We have zero tolerance for content that promotes, glorifies, or incites violence, or that attacks individuals or groups on the basis of protected attributes. Accounts that violate this policy may be suspended or banned, and where there is a credible threat to public safety, we will report it to the relevant authorities.

We define hate speech as content that attacks, threatens, dehumanizes, or incites violence or hatred against an individual or group based on protected attributes, including: race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sexual orientation, sex, gender, gender identity, disability, serious disease, or immigration status.

Violent & Graphic Content
We do not allow content that is gratuitously graphic, sadistic, or that normalizes extreme violence or suffering.

Cosplay, gaming, or performance content that depicts simulated violence may be permitted provided it is clearly labeled as fictional and could not reasonably be mistaken for real-world violence.
We work to ensure Tapp’d is not used to facilitate activities that violate applicable laws or regulations. We prohibit the promotion, trade, or facilitation of illegal goods, services, or criminal activity.

We do not permit content designed to deceive users for financial or personal gain.

The wellbeing of our users is important to us. We remove content that promotes, normalizes, or glorifies suicide, self-harm, or dangerous activities that may lead to serious injury or death. Users who wish to share personal experiences with these topics for the purpose of awareness or community support are welcome to do so.

We do not tolerate harassment, abuse, or violations of personal privacy on Tapp’d. This includes threats, degrading behavior, and the unauthorized sharing of personal information. Critical commentary on public figures may be permitted; serious abusive behavior is not.

Privacy & Personal Information
We do not allow content or behavior that exposes or threatens to expose another person’s private or personally identifiable information (PII) without their express consent. This applies to all activity on Tapp’d, including direct messages and public posts.

We do not allow spam, fake engagement, impersonation, or misinformation on Tapp’d. These behaviors undermine trust in our platform and harm our users.

Impersonation
Users may not pose as another person or entity using their name, likeness, or profile information in a deceptive manner. When impersonation is confirmed, we will ask the user to revise their profile, or suspend or ban the account.
Misinformation
We do not permit misinformation that causes harm to individuals or the broader public, regardless of intent.

We encourage users to share original content. Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others is prohibited and will be removed.
Copyright protects original works such as music, images, and video. Trademarks protect words, symbols, and designs that identify a product or service. Use of copyrighted or trademarked material may be permitted under applicable doctrines such as fair use, or for purposes of commentary, criticism, parody, or fan content.
Users may not share content that violates or infringes on the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others.
We prohibit any activity that undermines the security or reliability of Tapp’d.

Tapp’d is intended for users aged 18 and over. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted on our platform.
We are committed to ensuring Tapp’d is never used to produce, distribute, or engage with content that sexually exploits or abuses minors. Any content depicting the sexual exploitation or abuse of a minor, including digitally created or manipulated content, is strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately upon detection.
If we identify suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on Tapp’d, we immediately remove it and make a report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via their CyberTipline, and to any other relevant legal authorities. NCMEC reviews these reports and shares them with the relevant law enforcement agencies so they can investigate and combat CSAM. We immediately investigate any user who attempts to share suspected CSAM on Tapp’d and take appropriate action. Any user found to have shared, distributed, or attempted to share CSAM will be permanently banned from the platform.
Users who have been convicted of sexual offenses against children are not permitted to hold an account on Tapp’d. Any self-disclosed indication that an account holder is a minor sex offender may result in immediate account removal.
