Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. We may retain data for longer periods where necessary to maintain accurate records of your dealings with us, or following account closure, to comply with applicable laws, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms of service.

As Tapp’d is headquartered in the United States, your personal data will be processed here. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no internet transmission is entirely secure and we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted through our Services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and must not share your password with any third party.
Our Services are intended for users aged 18 and over. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a minor, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we may have information from or about a child, please contact us as described in the Contact Us section below.
